Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the software and website provided by Go Shift, a sole proprietorship registered in Alexandria, Egypt (Commercial Registration No. 35223) (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service connects your advertising and analytics accounts to AI assistants so you can read data, run audits and make changes you request. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Your accounts and authorization

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the actions taken in your connected accounts through the Service, and for complying with each advertising platform's policies.

3. Safety controls and your approval

New campaigns are created paused. Changes that affect delivery or spend (such as enabling campaigns or changing budgets) are made only when you explicitly request or approve them, and may be limited by spend caps you set. The Service does not delete campaigns. You remain responsible for reviewing changes before approving them.

4. No guarantee of results

Analysis and recommendations are provided for information. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome, such as sales, leads, costs or return on ad spend. Advertising spend is billed to you directly by each platform.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, violate platform policies, access accounts without authorization, interfere with the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Connected platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Shift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria.
